They say time flies when you’re having fun and the last three years have flown by! Since joining TRI in 2022 I have felt like a valued member not only of my immediate team, but of the company as whole. My knowledge and expertise is utilised, my ideas and suggestions are encouraged. To be in an environment where you feel you can speak freely with all colleagues of all levels is refreshing. I feel that TRI has made a big commitment to it’s staff on a personal level, ensuring that the work-life balance is indeed balanced. Remote working and flexible hours play a part in that but it’s mostly apparent from the genuine approach of the leadership team. An approach which goes beyond work-life balance to ensure happy, well-rounded employees.

TRI has a very open and approachable culture, every idea is listened and responded to, no matter how big or small. I see this every day when collaborating with my peers, we're encouraged to challenge an approach if we think we can improve on it, and not to blindly do things just because that's how it was always done in the past. TRI drives our innovation and in turn we all grow and thrive as a team.
