TRI's Business Continuity Plan

Duncan Hall, CEO, sets out TRI's Business Continuity Plan to keep customers and employees safe while still providing our industry leading RBQM services.

We understand the concern about the spread of coronavirus and how that might affect your working relationship with us.

Our customers, employees and partners remain our top priority, and we are doing everything we can to maintain continuity of service while protecting the safety of our staff and the wider public.

This means we are now advising all of our staff to work from home, as per government and public health advice. We have equipped all our staff with laptops, video cameras and web conferencing technology in order to ensure minimal disruption to deliverables, and enable ongoing virtual face to face meetings.

TRI had planned for this eventuality and will continue to deliver our RBQM services and technology, at a time when remote and central monitoring are more important than ever.

At present, it is not clear for how long we will be working in this way. However, we will continue to monitor the situation while keeping all of our customers, employees and partners informed.

If you have any specific questions or concerns, please email info@tritrials.com and someone will get back to you as soon as they can.

Best regards

Duncan Hall
